The Privilege

When we arrived at the Missionary Training Center to check in, we were handed an envelope with our name tags in it. Our helpers immediately took them out and put them on each of us.  It was a super special and spiritual moment. We both felt truly privileged and blessed to be here and to be able to serve this mission.

MTC Motel

Here are a couple of pictures of our room at the Missionary Traing Center. They are pretty nice and comfy. We are glad for a good bed as we have been hittting the hay unusually early.

House in a Box

Here's Nancy in front of the boxed up house stuff that we stashed in half the garage. It will be interesting to see how much of this gets unpacked in 18 months?

50 lbs.....Arrgh

We decided we better pack up the monster suitcases and see how much they weigh. Sister Hansen could hardly read the scale between my big feet and the big blue monster.......48.8 lbs.  Sure hope the airport scales are the same as ours. Nancy did a little better...47.4 lbs.
